ClarityUI powers healthcare and financial analytics applications where visual clarity and assistive technology support are non-negotiable. We are hiring a Senior Design Systems and Accessibility Engineer to own our multi-brand component kit.
What You Will Do You will architect headless React 19 primitives in strict TypeScript, synchronize W3C Design Tokens from Figma into CSS custom properties, and enforce automated axe-core and Playwright keyboard roving-tabindex tests on every pull request.
Candidate Profile Five+ years specializing in React component libraries, semantic HTML5, and ARIA specifications. Hands-on testing experience with VoiceOver, NVDA, high-contrast modes, and responsive fluid typography. Passion for clean documentation and empowering product engineers to ship accessible interfaces effortlessly.
